The collection consists of records of the Road Overseers. Road Overseers were appointed by Commissioners to keep the roads, bridges, and causeways in each precinct clear of obstructions and in good repair.
The collection includes a Constable Precinct 3 uniform shirt and Constable Precinct 3 uniform patches.
Balance sheets, revenue ledgers, appropriation ledgers, payroll registers, claim and warrant registers, and audits comprise the bulk of the County Auditor's records.

Scrapbooks compiled by F.W. Joe Horton during his time in office as County Superintendent of Public Instruction. Materials compiled include newspaper clippings, correspondence, photographs, invitations, certificates, and pamphlets, primarily relating to his duties and activities while in office.
