Human Resources Management Department
Human Resources Management, previously known as the Personnel and Budget Department, is responsible for the following: • Advertising and recruiting for vacant positions, • Administering employee benefit programs such as medical and dental insurance, • Administering the county's classification and compensation system, • Providing clarification of personnel policy issues, • Resolving employee relations issues, and • Conducting training for employees and managers. In addition, Human Resources works to ensure a safe work environment through internal claims administration and implementation of safety and loss control programs.
